Will, along with his wife Paula, founded Verity Investment Partners (VIP) and has over 30 years of experience in the investment and private equity business. Will began his career as an investment banker with Alex Brown, Inc and prior to forming VIP served as the Chairman and CEO of a private equity investment company. He currently serves on the Board of American Financial Group (NYSE: AFG), a leading provider of specialty property and casualty insurance and other financial services, and served on the Board of Chiquita Brands, Intl. from 1994 until 2002. Will received a BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Paula is the co-founder of Verity Investment Partners (VIP) and has over 15 years of experience in the investment industry as an operations and compliance officer. She previously worked with Real Soft Systems and with National Data Corporation in Atlanta. Paula received a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati.

Jon joined Verity Investment Partners (VIP) in 2006 and has over 45 years of experience in the investment and financial services industry. Prior to joining VIP, Jon spent 38 years with JP Morgan Chase and its affiliates, most recently as the CEO of Bank One Trust Company in Chicago, IL. Jon earned his BA from the University of Virginia and a BFT from Thunderbird University in Phoenix, AZ.

Andy joined Verity Investment Partners (VIP) in 2012 and has over 30 years of experience in investment and capital markets working with Goldman Sachs, DLJ, and The Sterling Group during his investment banking career. Additionally, Andy is a board certified veterinary surgeon and focuses on advising veterinarians and vet specialists to evaluate investment opportunities for their practices and personal needs. As a successful entrepreneur, Andy built a veterinary hospital network which was recently merged into BluePearl Veterinary Partners. He also served as Treasurer for the American College of Veterinary Surgeons. He holds a BS and a DVM from Texas A&M and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

David joined Verity Investment Partners (VIP) in 2024 and has over 20 years of experience in the investment industry serving clients in multiple roles. Prior to joining VIP, he served for 17 years at ThomasPartners, Inc. serving as Director and was a trusted advisor and portfolio manager to his clients. David received a BA from University of Vermont and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.

Lisa Dasher serves as Director of Operations and Human Resources for Verity Investment Partners, where she leads operational alignment, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives that support the firm’s long-term mission and client-centered culture. She brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services, including prior leadership roles at Performance Trust Capital Partners, Antares Capital, Calamos Investments, and Zurich Insurance, where she guided HR strategy, process transformation, and organizational development. Her background includes advancing performance management practices, strengthening leadership capabilities, and implementing systems that enhance operational clarity and employee engagement. Lisa holds an MBA from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from SUNY Fredonia, along with SHRM-CP and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certifications.

Jessica Rusnock is a Director of Wealth Management and has a decade of experience in the financial services industry. Jessica received her Bachelor’s degree in Personal Financial Planning from the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University. She holds her Certified Financial Planner® designation and is passionate about helping clients reach their personal dreams. Jessica is experienced in retirement income generation, multi-generational planning and giving, risk management, and estate planning.

Andrew joined Verity Investment Partners (VIP) in 2013 and has over 10 years of experience in the investment industry as an advisor and financial planner. Prior to joining VIP, Andrew worked as a financial advisor for Abacus Planning Group in Columbia, SC. Andrew received a BS in Financial Management from Clemson University in 2006 and is a CFP®.

Edward joined Verity Investment Partners (VIP) in 2019 and has 9 years of experience in the investment industry in multiple roles. Prior to joining VIP, he served as Director of Wealth Management at Blackwell Boyd & Associates. He also served as a Client Portfolio Manager at Dividend Assets Capital. Edward is a Certified Investment Management Analyst^® (CIMA^®) and received his MBA from Clemson University.

Nancy joined Verity Investment Partners (VIP) in 2016 and has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry as a client relationship specialist. Prior to joining VIP, Nancy served as a registered Para-planner and Client Administrator for a Registered Investment Advisory firm.

Tanya serves as a Chief Compliance Officer with over a decade of experience in financial services. She has extensive experience in leading compliance programs for established SEC registered investment advisers and building compliance programs for new registrants. Her previous experience includes working as an in-house Chief Compliance Officer for two SEC registered RIAs and working on the advisory compliance team with Raymond James Financial. Tanya earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Purdue University Global and has previous passed the FINRA series 7, 66 and 24 exams. She also spent 8 years enlisted in the US Army Reserves as Military Police. When she is not working Tanya enjoys traveling and spending time with her kids.

Julie joined Verity Investment Partners in 2025, bringing a passion for client service honed through extensive nonprofit and faith-based organizations. Her work has focused on supporting people through both everyday needs and important transitions. She is dedicated to building genuine connections and making sure every client feels truly heard and supported. Julie holds a bachelor's degree from Clemson University and a master's degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and is passionate about supporting clients in pursuing their financial goals with confidence, enabling them to realize their dreams and live life more fully.

Michael joined Verity Investment Partners (VIP) in 2018 and has over 20 years of experience in the investment industry in multiple investment and leadership roles. Prior to joining VIP, Michael was a co-lead Portfolio Manager for Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) and Managing Director of Investment Strategy for Dividend Assets Capital. He also served as co-CIO, COO, CFO and Portfolio Manager during his career with Greenwood Capital Associates. Michael is a Chartered Financial Analyst^® (CFA^®) and received a BS from The Citadel.

Mick joined Verity Investment Partners (VIP) in 2019 and has 20 years of experience in the investment industry in multiple roles. Prior to joining VIP, Mick was a Strategy Manager and Senior Equity Analyst for Dividend Assets Capital. He also was a Portfolio Manager on multiple strategies at Icon Advisers. Mick is a Chartered Financial Analyst^® (CFA^®) and received his MBA from the University of Denver and BS from the University of Colorado.

Mike joined Verity Investment Partners in 2017, bringing more than 10 years of investment industry experience to the team. His primary responsibilities include security analysis and industry research as well as the implementation of trade ideas. Prior to joining VIP, Mike worked at UBS as an associate for both the Equity Strategy and Property & Casualty Insurance teams. Previously, Mike worked at Wells Fargo as an analyst on its Alternative Strategies team, where he was involved in the sourcing and ongoing coverage of long-short and multi-strategy hedge funds. Mike earned a BS in Analytical Finance from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Duke University’s The Fuqua School of Business, where he graduated as a Fuqua Scholar (top 10%). Additionally, Mike is a Chartered Financial Analyst^® and member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Keith joined Verity Investment Partners (VIP) in 2023 and has 22 years of experience in the investment industry, most recently as the Lead Execution Trader for the wealth management division of City National Bank, overseeing a team of four equity traders. He also worked for RBC Wealth Management and Bank of America in multiple trading and back-office roles. Keith graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from SUNY Brockport.

Kevin joined Verity Investment Partners (VIP) in 2025. With over 10 years of experience in the investment industry, he most recently held the position of Director on the Institutional Trading Desk at BTIG LLC. In this role, he specialized in trading for institutional clients. Prior to BTIG, he worked as a financial advisor at Bank of America. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Coastal Carolina University, graduating in 2011.
